“My name is Helen Fuller and I am the Director & Owner of KH Hair Hinckley. We have recently moved salon premises and completed a full refurbishment project with Pompadour and REM. Maureen from Pompadour was our first contact point, she suggested we go to look at the REM show room in Burnley and after seeing their fantastic showroom things developed from there. REM visited the new premises to draw up our plans and quoted for all building work and installation of furniture. Our main dealing throughout the project was with Steve from Pompadour who was so thorough and helpful but also with Jennifer from Pompadour and James Beechey & Paul Snell from REM. REMfit completed the whole project including flooring, decorating and installing all the furniture. I found all the REMfit team really nice to work with and the furniture is really great.I would happily recommend Pompadour and REM.

My name is Jane Fletcher and my journey from a 25 yr old first floor place of business to a beautiful ground floor salon took the best part of 2 yrs to achieve ……but I have to say once I had Pompadour and REMFIT working with me I never looked back. The help and advice they gave me in designing the salon to the choice of furniture was second to none. I was never left thinking that a thought or a doubt I had was unimportant and Steve, Jen and Maureen from Pompadour were always at the end of the phone. Once Paul and his team from REMfit moved on site for the 2 week transformation it was amazing. The team worked so well together, absolutely nothing was too much trouble.The quality of the work, speed at which they did the job and finished result was wonderful. I can honestly say I would have no reservations in recommending REM or Pompadour. Once the salon was finished Pompadour and REMFIT didn’t just disappear they stayed in touch to make sure everything was ok and running smoothly. All in all I received fantastic customer service, an excellent standard of work and high quality furniture. I can’t thank everyone involved enough.
