As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Khawar and Mick who assisted me throughout my Journey. They were always on hand when I needed help and advice and would always give their opinion when asked. The REM Showroom in Nelson was the obvious place to start looking at all the colours and fabrics available and trying out the seating and furniture products displayed. The visit to Nelson gave me lots of ideas and really helped me decide on a colour scheme for my new Salon. Once I had decided on the furniture I wanted REM travelled over to my Salon and measured up the building and discussed with me my thoughts on the interior layout, colours and overall impression I was trying to achieve. Within a week or so the REM Design Team sent me the 2D and 3D visuals they had created from my brief. I would definitely recommend doing this if you find it hard to visualise what it’s going to look like. I was so happy with it. When the equipment arrived at the Salon it was all well packaged, and delivered perfectly with no damage – which was a relief! The Quality is to a very High Standard and even my Clients love and comment on the furniture (especially on the Pedispas).
